Home features a spacious kitchen with high-end stainless-steel appliances, stackable washer and dryer, dining room that fits 8, ceiling fans, and large back patio with seating and a BBQ Grill.
The third bedroom has a queen and a single sofa chair that pulls out to a bed.
There is a back house, but you do not share the yard. It's private. It may or may not be rented while you are there.
Bikes and beach gear are provided for you to use.

Pets on approval. Only certain breeds will be accepted, and we will not accept cats.
