Home has great lighting and lots of windows for that al fresco feel.

Need to work while on vacation or maybe you have is a large media room...accessible from the back and side yard that feature a desk, couch, and a large TV making it the perfect spot when you need some peace and quiet. 

Relax in the backyard and cook up some memories with the gas BBQ Grill, seating, and a fire pit that is perfect for late night entertainment, cocktails, and family time.

As an additional option, you can rent the back house which is perfect for a nanny or in-laws. This wonderful addition comes with a private entrance, Its own BBQ Grill, patio area, a full kitchen less a dishwasher, full bathroom, queen size bed, closet, full size washer and dryer and TV with a fire stick. Looking for a little privacy in the guest house? No problem. While the guest house is accessible from the backyard, privacy can easily be achieved by simply closing the gate.

The guest house cannot be subleased by tenant using the main house. 

No pets are allowed.
