Cancellation Policy

All payments are nonrefundable once received. The cleaning fee will be refunded only if check-in has not occurred.

If Stay Coronado, Inc. secures a replacement tenant for the same dates as your original reservation, the rental amount and a portion of the deposit may be refunded. A marketing or administrative fee may apply.

Reservation Fee / Security Deposit

A reservation fee is due at the time of signing to secure the property until the remaining balance is due. The full rental balance and cleaning fee are due 60 days prior to check-in.

Once check-in has occurred, the reservation fee will convert to a security deposit. The security deposit is refundable after departure, less any charges for excessive cleaning, damages, or other applicable fees incurred during the stay.

Guests

Tenants are permitted to have overnight guests. However, if any guest intends to stay longer than one (1) week, prior written approval from Stay Coronado, Inc. is required.

Each unit has a maximum occupancy limit, which must not be exceeded at any time.
