Unit does not have a washer or dryer but does have a community laundry room in the bldg. Communal BBQ Grill and seating in the center area of the complex.
Pets on approval. Street parking only.

Great location, great home, great stay!
We arrived to find the property at 711 C Avenue newly cleaned and well stocked with cleaning and paper products. The home is in an ideal location in Coronado, with easy walking to the park, library, large grocery store, and many shops on Orange Avenue. Although it is a top unit of a multi-apartment building, we had no issues with noise. Laundry facilities were on site and always available. We found the king sized bed very comfortable. We'd love to rent with Stay Coronado again.
